  • 3 to 5 sessions per week, camp programs lasting from 1 -4 weeks.

  • Immersion programs, strengthening sustainable development, use of metrics.

  • Small groups between 4-8 players per group, organized by skill level.

  • High Intensity, sessions adjusted based on the needs of the individual players.

  • Recurring or independent sessions , coordinated based on availability.

  • 1 -on- 1 coaching, or independent sessions for small private groups.

  • Continuation of player's professional and amateur competitive training plan.
